As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you'll work with clients to evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. You'll also provide excellent care and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health conditions and diagnose clients
- Create and implement treatment plans
- Provide excellent care and collaborate with our team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with other care providers and families
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college/university
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines
- Comfort and familiarity working with clients with diverse range of problems or concerns
- Ability to pass a background check
- Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
