Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pension Plan Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their own caseload, including deadlines. As a Pension Plan Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including compliance and discrimination testing, distribution and loan processing, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years Defined Contribution Administration
  • 1+ years Defined Benefit Administration is preferred
  • Experience with DATAIR or FT Williams is a plus
  • Accounting background is preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work on several projects concurrently
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy, dependability, sense of integrity, and self-motivated
  • Ability to meet deadlines timely
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Self-starter, details oriented, motivate and a team-player
  • Professionalism
