It is essential to communicate politely and courteously with guests and colleagues, always seeking opportunities to assist. Authenticity and sincerity are crucial in all interactions.


Efficiently cleans guest rooms, corridors, storage areas, and staff spaces as per established protocols, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.


Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all equipment utilized during shifts, adhering to established operational procedures.

Maintains accurate records of all tasks completed during shifts, as required. Reports any safety concerns or maintenance issues for appropriate action.

The Room Service Specialist follows all security and safety protocols.

Greets guests warmly throughout the shift with appropriate salutations and a pleasant demeanor.

Performs all duties in a calm and orderly fashion.

Responds promptly and efficiently to all guest requests.

Reports any room or hallway issues to the supervisor and ensures follow-up on resolutions.

Provides accurate information regarding the property and its events.

Completes additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Ability to inspect and maintain assigned areas effectively.


Proficient in using equipment related to the role, including vacuums, cleaning supplies, and safety gear.

Ability to navigate the work area efficiently.

Capable of performing cleaning tasks as directed at an acceptable pace.

Basic communication skills in English are required; previous experience in a similar role is necessary if English proficiency is limited.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Must successfully complete a drug and alcohol screening.

Must be at least 18 years old.
