Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external guest service, always exhibiting a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, team member, and storage areas in an efficient and timely manner, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment used throughout the course of a shift, in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Properly document all duties accomplished during a working shift, reporting any safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling.
  • Abide by all security/safety measures, greeting all guests with a proper salutation and pleasant expression.
  • Perform all duties in a quiet and orderly manner, responding to any/all guest requests quickly and efficiently.
  • Report room and hall deficiencies to PBX/Supervisor and follow up on completion.
  • Provide accurate information about the property, including events and promotions.
Requirements
  • Ability to inspect and maintain areas for which responsible.
  • Must be able to use equipment associated with the position, including vacuum, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently move around the work area.
  • Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
  • Ability to minimally communicate and understand English, matters of mutual concern, such as direction, hazards, or questions.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and an alcohol and drug screening.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
