Responsibilities:
- Approach and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner, offering assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to our company's high standards.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services within the industry, ensuring you are knowledgeable and equipped to meet client needs.
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring every client leaves our dealership feeling valued and satisfied.
- Deliver vehicles to clients, providing a comprehensive overview of the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- A drive to excel, with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to succeed.
- GM or luxury car experience preferred, but not required.
- Energetic and client-service oriented, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Understanding of automotive terminology, including equity and values, with the ability to converse with clients regarding these topics.
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Team player, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
