Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner, adhering to our company's high standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services within the industry, ensuring you are knowledgeable and equipped to meet client needs.
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring every client leaves our dealership feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Deliver vehicles to clients, providing a comprehensive overview of the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • A drive to excel, with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to succeed.
  • GM or luxury car experience preferred, but not required.
  • Energetic and client-service oriented, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Understanding of automotive terminology, including equity and values, with the ability to converse with clients regarding these topics.
  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Team player, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
