- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in the eyewear industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
