About the Role

Tandym Group seeks a skilled Client Service Advocate Lead to oversee the Transitional Housing program in the Bronx. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to provide high-quality mental health services to residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Resident Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand residents' needs and develop individualized plans
  2. Care Planning: Collaborate with clients and staff to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective support
  3. Crisis Management: Respond to crisis situations and participate in on-call duties to maintain resident safety
  4. Program Evaluation: Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance services
Key Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Significant experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a homeless setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
