About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Business Development Manager to join our team at Conagra Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of business planning at the account level, focusing on total volume, profit, and share growth for a portfolio of iconic brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual customer plans to drive growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop trade promotion strategies and tactical plans that maximize promotional volume, consumption, profit, and spending results.
  • Monitor and manage customer trade budgets, deduction balances, spending, and volume to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate promotional results and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Implement brand strategies through category business reviews with customers, using consumer insights and category management practices to guide customer decisions.
  • Establish regular connections with buyers to discuss consumer trends, business drivers, and incremental opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including Commerce Marketing, Sales Strategy and Capabilities, and Category Leadership, to drive collaborative marketing programs and brand strategies.
  • Develop monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies by tracking shipments, consumption data, and inventory changes.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales. You should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in CPG sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales goals. Financial experience, including P&L management, is also required.
