Key Responsibilities

Support a dynamic accounting team in a rapidly growing organization by:
  • Managing monthly billing cycles
  • Recording incoming payments
  • Reconciling credit card transactions
  • Assisting with the management of fixed assets
  • Documenting invoices, deposits, and credit card transactions
  • Preparing financial reports as requested by senior management
  • Handling invoicing and collections
  • Job costing and purchase receipt management
  • Processing accounts payable entries and payments
  • Calculating sales and use tax obligations
  • Monitoring and maintaining field service management software
  • Performing various duties and assisting other departments as necessary
Qualifications
