Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism services, dedicated to empowering children with autism to reach their full potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Developmental Therapist to deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement intervention plans and provide ongoing support to families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
