Key Responsibilities:

This role (Event Project Manager) will report to the Manager of Global Brand Standards and will be integral to the team that provides support for the factory audit program to the Brand Development Group and their partners.

Key Duties Include:

  • Oversee audit requests, submit, and monitor all audits directed to auditing firms, providing scheduling support, including Virtual Audits and Spot Checks.
  • Handle daily audit requests in Gensuite through reporting and track all CAP eligible audits.
  • Update stakeholders by extracting daily reports from Gensuite.
  • Manage batch updates and data uploads between Gensuite and stakeholders using Excel SQL reporting.
  • Accurately maintain Licensee and factory information in the internal database.
  • Generate precise approved factory listings.
  • Timely issue waiver and audit approval letters while ensuring accuracy in high-volume situations.
  • Quickly identify and escalate issues to Licensee support and management.
  • Assist management with team projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Create waiver assessments in the system and assign to the appropriate regional manager for evaluation.
  • Support senior management on corporate responsibilities, including keeping Gensuite updated with all Business Unit factory data.
  • Respond promptly to submissions and inquiries directed to the general program inbox.
  • Provide assistance to Licensees and factories regarding program requirements and general inquiries.
  • Inform global Licensees about the status of factories and guide them towards obtaining necessary approvals.
