About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at E-Z Mart. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing fast and efficient service to meet their needs.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Manage the sales floor, including receiving and processing customer transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing vendor deliveries, checking stock levels, and rotating and front-facing merchandise.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development, and ensuring that all team members are meeting their sales and customer service goals.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities, and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
