We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team at E-Z Mart Inc. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Superstar: Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Sales Floor Guru: Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Upselling Ace: Develop a keen understanding of our products and services, making informed recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales growth.
- Brand Ambassador: Champion our brand by promoting our loyalty rewards program and highlighting the exclusive benefits and personalized offers available to our customers.
- Cash Handling Pro: Efficiently manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a seamless financial flow.
- Safety Champion: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Facility Maintenance Expert: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store, including cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, and refilling window washing stations.
- Environment Ambassador: Contribute to a positive environmental impact by actively participating in keeping our outdoor space clean and welcoming.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older in certain states).
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
- Personable and Positive: Friendly demeanor and ability to make people feel welcome.
