Key Responsibilities


Enhancing Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and cultivating personal accounts through engagement with existing clients and the identification of new prospects to expand their territory.


Engaging with current and prospective Joint Replacement customer accounts on various topics, including product updates, portfolio changes, and educational initiatives.

Developing or refining sales techniques and processes through coaching and mentorship from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR

Associate's degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

High School Diploma with at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.

A minimum of 4 years of active duty military service.

Compensation: $64, $100,300.00 salary plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Requirement: 40%
