Solar Sales Specialist

At PosiGen, we're revolutionizing the way people think about energy. As a Solar Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners make the switch to clean, renewable energy. Our team is passionate about providing top-notch service and education to our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential customers to discuss PosiGen's clean energy solutions
  • Follow up on leads and drive the creation of new leads through canvassing, community events, and referrals
  • Help homeowners execute documents and provide necessary information to go solar
  • Assist with qualifying homeowners for additional incentives and obtaining necessary paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's lifecycle
  • Mentor and train newer team members, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a quota-driven sales position, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics
  • Proficient in complex computer programs, including Salesforce CRM
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain HIS Certification
What We Offer:
  • Base salary: $45,000 - $45,000 USD
  • On-target earnings: $80,000 - $125,000 USD
  • Full benefits, vehicle allowance, commission, bonus, paid time off, 401K with company match, stock options, and opportunities for growth and promotion
