We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a Hardgoods Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely around the store.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
