Job Overview

TDL Staffing, Inc. is a community-based organization dedicated to providing services for at-risk youth. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Salary and Benefits

Full-time hours Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with pay starting at $20/hour. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including tasks such as feeding fish and emptying the dishwasher.
  • Scan documents and upload them to the correct location.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Collect expense receipts.
  • Take minutes during staff meetings.
  • Assist various departments, including Records, Accounting, and HR, as needed.
  • Complete other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Pass a federal criminal background check and fingerprinting.
  • Work in a smoke-free and drug-free environment.
