Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Manage and service incoming customer calls with a customer-forward approach
- Accurately enter orders and maintain knowledge of Antech products and programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
- High school diploma required; Associates degree in business or veterinary related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment; working knowledge of veterinary, medical information technology, and/or clinical diagnostic environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, including patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
