About the Role
- Receive and process all incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery.
- Organize and prepare outgoing parts for delivery and customer pickup, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of shipments according to vendor packing lists, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Efficiently stock shelves with incoming orders, utilizing specified location codes to maintain optimal storage and retrieval practices.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of warehouse experience, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and logistics.
- 2 years of experience in an automotive or trucking dealership warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of industry-specific procedures.
- Able to lift 75 pounds, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Forklift experience is necessary, with a minimum of 6 months of operation.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Windows-based systems.
- Clean driving record, with a valid driver's license.
