This is a distinctive chance to engage in our extensive SDR Residency program. The Residency includes a complimentary two-week training phase followed by a full-time, salaried, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will benefit from hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience to prepare them for a successful sales career.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in driving growth by assisting in expanding our customer base. SDRs are tasked with initiating contact with potential clients in the real estate sector and collaborating with our skilled team of Account Executives to onboard new customers. SDRs set the foundation for the entire sales process and will gain insights into how real estate teams make purchasing decisions. This is an entry-level role with substantial growth potential for motivated individuals eager to begin a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities for Your Residency:
This entry-level role requires a proactive self-starter capable of efficiently processing inquiries and identifying qualified leads and opportunities. You will learn to evaluate a company's needs and tailor your outreach accordingly. Relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage sales calls across various customer account levels, are crucial.
- Understand industry dynamics and organizational structures. Identify key stakeholders, quickly assess business needs, and craft a compelling pitch.
- Utilize various data tools to gather contact information for accounts.
- Serve as an engaging voice to ignite prospect interest.
- Employ calls, emails, and innovative strategies to connect with accounts and generate interest.
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure deals progress through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain organized systems and achieve proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), automated email tools (Outreach), lead generation tools, databases, and MS Excel.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home one day a week.
- 0-3 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales position.
- Experience in real estate or EMS solutions is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Ambition and enthusiasm for personal career advancement within a growing company.
- High integrity and a strong commitment to contributing to a successful organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team of 5 SDRs in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM applications is preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE)
Compensation: Base salary ($65K) plus uncapped commissions ($35K+) leading to total earnings of $85K - $100K+ OTE (on-target earnings). Additional monthly sales contests.
