Healthcare Project Director, Construction Management Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Klosh Group, Inc. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing healthcare-focused projects from pre-construction through to close out.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience, with a strong understanding of construction practices and techniques, contract management, OSHPD/HCAI requirements, AIA documents, contract law, project controls, construction project safety, and building support systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule, operational needs, process, client needs, quality control requirements, and reporting to team members
- Plan and lead the team through all phases of pre-design, design, construction, and post-occupancy project phases
- Review, understand, and manage procedures for handling changes to contract documents, monthly valuations, drawing submissions, change orders, substitutions, and highlight risks where applicable
- Effectively communicate the project plan, change requests, risks, and status with the project team, including the owner, construction contractor, design team, and project stakeholders
- Commercial construction project management experience supporting multiple projects, with referenceable experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, active listening skills, and ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Able to lead and manage development projects through thoughtful planning and address dependencies and clear hurdles
- Ability to make quick and strategic decisions while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines to move projects forward
