Job Overview

We are a professional General Contractor with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Our expertise includes Residential Remodel, Residential New Construction, Commercial T.I., and Commercial New Construction.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include:

  • Subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and oversight
  • Crew coordination, scheduling, and oversight
  • Job schedule maintenance and updates to management

The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of and be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and provide supervision and quality control of KHI employee and subcontractor work in areas such as framing, window and door installation, structural repair, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, flooring installation, dry rot/water damage repair, drywall patching and painting, painting, demolition and debris removal, and general labor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with all aspects of construction
  • Standard work hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday
  • A valid driver's license
  • Basic English-speaking skills (bi-lingual Spanish preferred)

You will also need to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, motor vehicle driving record check, and E-Verify of ability to be employed within the U.S.A.

Work Environment

This is a full-time salaried position with minimal travel requirements. Hours are generally predictable, and we value work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently, correctly, and in conformance with plan specifications and building codes.
