About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of large commercial projects for Kimmel & Associates, a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Oversee general contractors and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in project management, preferably with top ENR general contractors.
  • Prior experience working with larger general contractors is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • This is a hybrid/remote position that requires strong organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.
