Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Strawberry Fields Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing house cleaning activities, inventory management, guest room preparation, and laundry management, among other key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage house cleaning activities, including normal maintenance, event preparation and cleanup, and seasonal tasks
  • Inventory management and guest room preparation
  • Laundry management and maintenance coordination
  • Supervise house cleaning assistants and flex cleaning staff as needed
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of housekeeping experience in finer homes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus. The successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and work well with other members of the team.
