About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunch and Recess Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading groups of students through structured games and activities based on our Elevo curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of students through engaging games and activities
  • Support students' behavioral management needs
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches
  • Design and implement outdoor lessons to increase excitement about learning
  • Serve as a positive role model to students to build their self-esteem and emotional wellness
Requirements
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids
  • Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance
  • Confident leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
