Role Overview

The Facilities Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Facilities Manager in ensuring that our venues and grounds maintain the highest standards. This position is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive upkeep of the venue, which includes the repair and replacement of equipment, building maintenance, and the management of hardware and machinery pertinent to the hospitality sector and our gaming systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in managing the Maintenance Department's operations.
  • Oversee the proper functioning and utilization of all equipment and systems.
  • Manage departmental budgets and expenditures effectively.
  • Track the inventory and usage of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
  • Mentor and develop the Facilities team while fostering Associate engagement.
  • Embody Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
  • Ensure that Facilities Associates and Porters receive adequate training and resources.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor their completion.
  • Uphold safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possession of a current, valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record is essential.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm.
  • High level of self-awareness, adaptability, and integrity.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stoop and bend as needed.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for long durations, including navigating ladders and stairs.
