Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial oversight of the Fieldstone program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with ColumbiaCare employees, state agencies, and other service providers.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring adequate client supervision and support.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including accounting and medical records.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in a residential treatment setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record.
