Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Workforce Programs

We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Workforce Programs to provide leadership and support to our academic and workforce programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in higher education administration and a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to academic and workforce programs, including curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic and workforce programs that meet the needs of our students and the community.
- Develop and manage budgets for academic and workforce programs, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise faculty and staff, including tenure-track and non-tenure-track positions.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff on academic and workforce program development, implementation, and assessment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including businesses, industry leaders, and government agencies.
- Stay current on best practices in higher education administration, including accreditation, assessment, and program development.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution, with a doctoral degree preferred.
- At least five years of experience in higher education administration, with two years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving academic excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to recruit, hire, and supervise faculty and staff, including tenure-track and non-tenure-track positions.
This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $92,862 to $111,434.40. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
