Your Responsibilities

The Oracle EPM Planning Consultant is tasked with the development, implementation, and technical promotion of Oracle EPM Planning Solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, crafting and executing planning solutions that fulfill those needs, and providing ongoing support.

This position also entails leading a team, mentoring less experienced consultants, and contributing to the extended management team in defining and implementing IBM policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning;
  • EPM Cloud Certification is mandatory;
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM products, including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Reporting, EBPCS, EDMCS, Workforce Planning, and PCMCS;
  • Proven track record of managing the delivery of at least two full project lifecycles for Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (Define, Design, Develop, Deploy);
  • Familiarity with Oracle's Data Integration tools for Hyperion solutions.
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and management, both internally and externally;

Capability to create and finalize project documentation in line with IBM methodology standards and guidelines;

Consistent application of standard project management principles and practices in client situations to achieve results;

Support for RFPs, SOWs, and client presentations.
