Key Responsibilities

The Oracle EPM Planning Consultant will oversee the development, implementation, and technical promotion of Oracle EPM Planning Solutions. This entails collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, crafting and executing planning solutions that align with those needs, and delivering ongoing support.

This role also involves leading a team, mentoring less experienced consultants, and participating in the extended management team to define and implement IBM policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning;
  • EPM Cloud Certification is mandatory;
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM products, including Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Reporting, EBPCS, EDMCS, Workforce Planning, and PCMCS;
  • Proven track record of managing the delivery of over two full project lifecycles in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (Define, Design, Develop, Deploy);
  • Familiarity with Oracle's Data Integration tools for Hyperion solutions.
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and management, both internally and externally; the capacity to create and finalize project documentation in line with IBM methodology standards; and the skill to consistently apply standard project management principles in client scenarios to achieve results.
