Team Overview:

The Corporate Finance IT Team is tasked with overseeing Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, which encompass various facets of Financial Reporting, Revenue Management, Corporate, Statutory, and Tax reporting. This includes managing Chart of Accounts & Hierarchies Master Data (EDMCS), Consolidations (FCCS), Reconciliations (ARCS), Finance Cubes development and management (EPBCS), and Close process activities in a techno-functional project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Record to Report and Close processes within EPM Applications.
  • Configuration and Administration of Oracle EPM Applications, including EDMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and FCCS in a techno-functional capacity.
  • Design and development of EPM Cubes (ASO or BSO), Workflows, Reports, and Integrations utilizing APIs or Data Management tools.
  • Proficient in reporting systems such as Tableau, Data Warehouse, or Anaplan.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, stakeholders, and technology teams to interpret business processes, understand requirements, and create comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret business challenges and devise innovative solutions, particularly in period close processes.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the Oracle EPM platform, including EDMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and FCCS.
  • Experience with at least one complete end-to-end EPM implementation, covering Design, Configuration, Data Loader, Solution Design, Development, and Deployment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate problems and proposed solutions effectively.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Experience with Financial Statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Reporting & Analysis, Inter Company, Allocations, and Accrual Processes.
  • Knowledge of data analytical/ETL tools such as Alteryx is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Agile project implementation methodologies or experience with Microsoft Azure (VSTS) tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP General Ledger (GL) and Oracle PaaS or Informatica Cloud services via REST API and SOAP messaging.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP General Ledger is beneficial.
