Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who possesses profound expertise in Oracle HCM and has successfully completed multiple implementations.

The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various HCM areas, including Core HR, Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Learning & Development, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

This initiative aims to unify our international operations and acquisitions under a centralized Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud framework, while phasing out disparate HR systems in those regions.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in Core HCM, Performance Management, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Oracle HCM architecture and integration.
  • Experience in developing enterprise-level solution roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global implementation experience is preferred.
