Job Overview

As a key member of our SMB Team Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives. This role will involve supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with opportunities to own a geographic territory in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, participating in training opportunities on products and services and attending sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, fully applying all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting, with additional responsibilities as assigned by business management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
  • Task Management, Customer Service, Communication, Negotiation, and Proposal Writing skills.
