About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Maintenance: Ensure that guest rooms and suites are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other Housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cleaning Experience: Previous cleaning experience is desired but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related establishment, is preferred but not required.
