Our dynamic team is dedicated to providing a world-class experience for our guests, and we're looking for a skilled House Attendant to join our ranks.

Responsibilities
  • Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors, polishing and cleaning mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers, ensuring a spotless and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing a willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications
  • Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • A self-starting personality with an even disposition, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, ensuring a positive representation of our brand.
  • Effective communication skills, able to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Lifting may include equipment or furniture weighing up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
