Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Review and assess client insurance needs, recommend coverage options, and prepare quotes to ensure clients have the right protection.
  • Assist clients in claims processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution to minimize disruption to their lives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • State insurance license (Property & Casualty), with a strong understanding of insurance regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
  • Experience with insurance software and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in the insurance industry.
  • Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC), with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
