Job Title: Senior Survey Manager

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Survey Manager to lead our survey operations in the Midwest Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing survey crews and processing, developing and managing mapping and legal descriptions, and pursuing and managing projects with local clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate survey crews and processing
  • Develop and implement mapping and legal descriptions
  • Pursue and manage projects with local clients
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other design personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Travel to project sites throughout Indiana and perform field survey work, with occasional overnight stays

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification
  • Ability to sign and seal legal documents
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple survey projects and/or tasks concurrently
