Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky is part of Volunteers of America National Services, a leading provider of healthcare and social services. As a Home Care CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our participants, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, and medication management.
  • Provide restorative and supportive care to ensure the physical and health safety of the home environment.
  • Monitor and report health status, and provide a safe environment for participants.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Care Coordinator to update participant status, changes in plan of care, and confirm scheduled visits.

Requirements:

  • Active and up-to-date certification in CPR.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in working with the frail or elderly population.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current STNA license.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
