Overview
This role is essential for enhancing community engagement through strategic relationship management with potential families, residents, referral sources, and other vital stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and optimize occupancy rates to achieve or surpass financial targets.
- Collaborate in the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Employ lead management tools for monitoring prospects, organizing activities, and analyzing data.
- Act as the main point of contact for incoming inquiries from potential clients and referral sources, ensuring timely responses.
- Conduct systematic and proactive follow-ups with prospects and referral sources.
- Foster relationships and generate referrals and inquiries.
- Prepare for and facilitate meetings, tours, and appointments with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in marketing.

Preferred:
- Background in sales/marketing, particularly in housing sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
