Responsibilities:
- Complete our company-sponsored training to master the skills required for managing a pest control service route.
- Operate a company vehicle and adhere to a scheduled route within your designated area, ensuring timely and safe visits to each client.
- Engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction and discuss additional services that fulfill their pest management needs.
- Act as a problem solver, determining the most effective pest control solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.
- Complete all necessary service documentation and utilize your provided handheld device for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience required—we will train you to become a professional.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is mandatory.
- Capability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route assignments, and interact positively with customers.
Work Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
