Responsibilities:

  • Complete our company-sponsored training to master the skills required for managing a pest control service route.
  • Operate a company vehicle and adhere to a scheduled route within your designated area, ensuring timely and safe visits to each client.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required—we will train you to become a professional.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is mandatory.
  • Capability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage route assignments, and interact positively with customers.

Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
