About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience with Orkin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming customer requests and schedule service visits with Orkin Pros
  • Maintain efficient routes to reduce drive time for our technicians
  • Lead with empathy and a service mindset to coordinate service, resolve issues, and support overall customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians to meet customer requirements
  • Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
  • Perform outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding account balances and receive payments from past due customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer service

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification, if required (company-paid)
  • Ability to work independently and interact with our clients
Experience

Required:

  • 2 years of proven customer service experience
  • 1 year of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
