Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal Specialist to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation, with experience in managing assignments from attorneys and demonstrating initiative while working independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist litigation counsel across all stages of legal proceedings.
  • Oversee the discovery process, including document collection, retention, and production, as well as aid in drafting responses to discovery requests.
  • Draft fundamental legal documents such as settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters.
  • Contribute to pre-trial preparations by drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and punctually.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience in the areas of Workers Comp and Personal Injury.
  • Office management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with trial presentation software.
