Position Overview:
As an Accounting Assistant at Complete Staffing, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and supporting the overall accounting operations.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Receive and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures.
- Print and organize invoices, ensuring all details such as PO#, coding, and any discrepancies are addressed before entry.
- Prioritize invoice entries based on company priorities, focusing on job/project invoices first.
- Input and scan all invoices into the accounting system efficiently.
- Ensure all subcontractor payable vouchers and necessary documentation are complete.
- Process non-purchase order invoices, including those from AMEX, Home Depot, and shop invoices.
- Prepare and manage second-tier lien waivers.
- Handle all check payments, both scheduled and manual.
- Conduct vendor account reconciliations and maintain vendor accounts, including setup and modifications.

Payroll Duties:
- Process daily timesheets and manage payroll reporting for certified and minority payrolls.
- Distribute payroll reports and assist with human resources functions.

Accounts Receivable Tasks:
- Prepare and record daily bank deposits.

Office Management Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies, including wide format paper and toner.
- Manage inventory for field apparel such as t-shirts and hoodies.
- Oversee cell phone, tablet, and phone management.
- Manage cafeteria supplies and distribute mail.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office.
- Strong experience with accounting management software, particularly in construction accounting systems, is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to separate, combine, and prioritize tasks as necessary to maintain an efficient workflow.
