Job Overview:The Implementation Specialist will focus on onboarding new clinics and healthcare providers, as well as creating Clinic Manuals for new providers to assist scribe trainees. This position is crucial in delivering top-notch training to each trainee, ensuring they achieve proficiency before concluding their training. The Implementation Specialist is accountable for the performance and growth of scribes trained at the designated location and will report directly to the Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate initial scribe shadowing sessions with providers to ascertain preferences, norms, and optimal clinic workflow.
  • Maintain ongoing communication regarding scribe program expectations and the learning curve with physicians, PAs, and clinic management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the program setup phase and ensure timely completion of the implementation process.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the Area Supervisor once the implementation phase concludes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Area Supervisors on any performance or disciplinary matters during scribe training.
  • Organize and execute training for all new trainees.
  • Distribute training materials to ensure scribes have the necessary resources post-training.
  • Assess training progress and ensure all trainers provide updates to the Area Supervisor regarding their trainees throughout the training process.
  • Monitor trainees' progress and regularly update the Director of Operations and Area Supervisors.
  • Actively participate in meetings, providing constructive feedback as requested by the Director of Operations.
  • Assist with program setup logistics, including IT access as needed.
  • Support initial and post-program compliance audits as required.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials for various specialties.
  • Ensure adherence to time and attendance policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve practical problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual.
  • Capacity to lead a team effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Location: Primarily based in the DFW area with onsite requirements.Successful completion of mandatory orientation is essential.Compensation: Ranges from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
