We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Roving Retail Technician to join our team at Asurion. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical support and repair services, and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to multiple store locations within a designated market to provide technical support and repair services
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling Asurion's products and services to customers
  • Manage inventory, handle work orders, and oversee buybacks and product returns
  • Collaborate with store teams to share best practices and improve store operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience; technical support or electronics troubleshooting experience a plus
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 100 miles per day
