Job Summary

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, driving business process automation and efficiency.
  • Analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts, optimizing performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated on UiPath best practices and new features, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of UiPath robots in production environments, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills and understanding of software development principles.
  • For entry-level: Proficiency in UiPath Studio and related tools (Orchestrator, Robot).
  • For experienced: Minimum of 2 years of experience in UiPath development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of RPA concepts and best practices, with a focus on process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with workflow diagramming and process mapping, with a strong understanding of business process analysis.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Certifications such as UiPath RPA Developer (entry-level) or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (experienced) are a plus.
