Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Automation Software Engineer II- UIPath to join our team at Truist Inc. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex automation solutions using UiPath
  • Collaborate with business product owners to understand requirements and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality automation code
  • Ensure adherence to Truist's automation development standards and industry best practices
  • Develop customized code, integrate software, and configure solutions as needed
  • Experience with writing test plans and test scripts and running unit tests
  • Effective communication and collaboration with process owners and subject matter experts
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 6-10 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
  • In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
  • Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems
  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-7 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Information Systems and Software Development best practices
  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies
  • Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems
  • Ability to mentor less experienced teammates and convey complex information
