RPA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team at Capgemini Government Solutions LLC. As an RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to drive business efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath and other automation tools.
- Improve existing automation solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for automation.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience training on policy and/or workflow.
- Three+ years' experience in UiPath.
- Two+ years' experience in AI tools.
- Five+ years in IT programming.
- Professional certifications in information technology.
- BA/BS in IT, Information Systems, or Business, or at least three years of experience developing/coding/configuring software or systems.
- Two years of experience with RPA or comparable projects.
- UiPath Certified with at least one year of UiPath experience.
- Good communication and team-building skills.
- Strong test writing skills.
