Capgemini Government Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our team and support government clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and domain experts to gather requirements and develop functional configurations.
  • Resolve break fixes and participate in improvement user testing to ensure seamless automation.
  • Provide ongoing post-production support for bot maintenance and conduct training sessions on policy and workflow.
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience training on policy and/or workflow.
  • Three+ years' experience in UiPath.
  • Two+ years' experience in AI tools.
  • Five+ years in IT programming.
  • Professional certifications in information technology.
Desired Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in IT, Information Systems, or Business, or at least three years of experience developing/coding/configuring software or systems.
  • Two years of experience with RPA or comparable projects.
  • UiPath Certified with at least one year of UiPath experience.
  • Good communication and team-building skills.
  • Strong test writing skills.
