We are excited to announce a part-time opportunity for a Executive Support Services Manager at Ascend Talent Solutions in Palo Alto. This role requires 20 hours of work per week and offers a competitive salary of $ per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level support to senior leaders, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing schedules. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity, as well as supervising administrative staff.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative/support/office management experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
